Can We Help at Your Event?

John Rollison, Vice Chairman, and Pam Rollison, Honorary Secretary, are also responsible in the organization  for planning NHW events in Eastbourne.

Pam and John Rollison

John and Pam are often called upon to give talks on how Eastbourne NHW carries out its work. Audiences are not  always aware that every member of our team is a volunteer.

No one in Eastbourne NHW receive a salary and volunteers give up many hours of their time to help others make Eastbourne a safe place to live, work and visit.

If you would like to help us by becoming a volunteer for ENWA, want us to give a talk or come to one of your  events please contact John.

ENWA Events

ENWA will again this year be supporting its partners at the "999 Show" at the Western Lawns on 7th and 8th July 2018.

Do come and talk to our representatives about any problems you have, any security aids you may want and about starting a NW Scheme in your neighbourhood.

Pam and John Rollison were invited to a Christmas Fayre at Croxden Court, Croxden Way, Eastbourne on Saturday 7th December. Residents at this Court have been members for some time now and John & Pam are regular visitors. Alf Pulfer, Former Chairman of Eastbourne NHW, had the honour of opening the Fayre and a good time was had by all.

Chris Wootton, Chair of Croxden Court Social Club, who with others organises the event said "Every year we raise money for a good cause, this year it was the turn of Macmillan Nurses. During the year we had already raised a considerable sum and this was topped up by money raised at the Fayre through a raffle, tobola, teas & cakes and an auction which raised a further £357.87; what a great effort.

What a great effort. Anita Ivimy from Eastbourne Macmillan Nurses was there to be told they would receive this years donation of £1073.87, Anita was delighted and thanked everyone.

Eastbourne Neighbourhood Watch was pleased to help out and we had the opportunity to make people aware of the many scams that are going around at the moment. Alf says "Well Done to everyone at Croxden Court, we are proud to have you as members of our Association."
